Danyang Labor Cave, the largest vertical cave in the East with a steep slope of 40 to 50 degrees
As a link between Gyeongsang-do and Chungcheong-do, which is topographically steep and crosses the Sobaek Mountains and the Namhan River, it is said that it used to be a hideout for medical personnel and a Gunpo factory. Inside the cave, “Yongduam,” which has two giant male and female dragons in perfect harmony, is characterized by many figures resembling various parts of the human body of a man and woman, and all stalagmites form an icicle shape.
“Emile Jong,” which is reminiscent of Western pumpkins, “Golden Rock,” a world-class stalagmite reminiscent of Baekdusan heaven and earth, and “underground white jade waterfall,” which creates a huge waterfall after rain, are spectacular. It is a place where 30 kinds of natural creatures are living a new life in a deep and deep natural cave, with the appearance of a huge crypt that looks like it has been carved out of clay, imbued with the atmosphere of a clunky rural old man.
