Sobaeksan Mountain Village Experience Jeongbohwa Village

Sobaeksan Mountain Sanchon Jeongbohwa Village is a pretty mountain village located at the foot of Sobaeksan Mountain, about 8 kilometers from Danyang-eup in the direction of Yeongwol, and about 10 kilometers to the right from Apyeong Three-way intersection, where Sobaeksan National Park and Saebatgyegok Valley Amusement Park are located.

Sobaeksan Mountain Jeongbohwa Village is the shortest entrance to Sobaeksan Birobong Peak and is a mountain village with a naturally occurring valley as well as a blessed natural environment. The village prides itself on its clear air, the Saebatgyegok Valley with Cherry salmon that only live in pristine valleys, the sap of mono maple trees in spring, various mountain greens from deep in the Sobaeksan Mountains, and camping and B&B facilities where vacationers can relax in the summer. In the fall, natural matsutake mushrooms that grow only under pine trees are collected, and sangol (mountain shellfish) that are good for bones can be collected in all four seasons, and in winter, the fantastic snowy landscape of Sobaeksan Mountain excites many people's hearts.
